YCP Omaha Executive Speaker Series: Archbishop Lucas

Come to YCP Omaha's November Executive Speaker Series! Archbishop George Lucas will be giving his presentation on Young Professionals and the One Church Mission.

Archbishop George J. Lucas is the fifth Archbishop of Omaha, NE. Prior to Omaha, he served nearly 10 years in the Diocese of Springfield, IL, where he was ordained a bishop in December 1999. Archbishop Lucas was born in Saint Louis, MO, and completed studies at Cardinal Glennon College and Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in Saint Louis. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and a Master of Arts degree in history. Archbishop Lucas was ordained a priest of the Archdiocese of Saint Louis in 1975. He currently serves on the board of directors of Catholic Relief Services, on the board of trustees of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in Saint Louis, and on the board of regents for Conception Seminary College in Conception, MO.
